Squad 2

Onmitsukidou (Special Forces): This Squad has three branches, the assassination branch and it's task is to normally subdue internal threats. The second branch is the scouting branch, which gathers Intel in foreign lands, and the last branch is law enforcement who mainly watch over imprisoned criminals.

Squad 3

Squad 3 is the research and development division. This squad holds all of the inventions and the building blocks to make them. Members are expected to have great intelligence and know-how with machinery and chemistry. This squad is also rather unique with its membership. The captain's a bit of an oddball, and besides the lieutenant and any seated members, the entire squad is filled with robots and androids and absent of any shinigami.

Internship Division: This squad focuses on giving cadets real-world internship experience as Shinigami far beyond anything they'd do as part of standard academy training. Most of the interns represent the top 10% of their class. Those who further excel in the squad are offered careers as seated officers.

Interior Service Division: Generally tasked with the maintenance and upkeep of areas which do not fall under other squads specifically. Charged with keeping the areas between all the squads clean, molding Sekkiseki for building purposes, disturbing and cooking food, robes, reconstruction, cleaning tunnel systems, and all around a variety of domestic services for the Seireitei.

Human World Affairs: This squad is tasked with human world patrol and the elimination of threats within the soul societies territory of Japan and the soul burial of pluses. Squad members are usually sent to patrol the human world to protect the souls from hollows and cleanse the said hollows. Members need to have a general background in all forms of combat.

This squad is usually the first on the scene when reinforcements are called in or when an enemy attacks the soul society.

Medical Division: This squad focuses on chiyudou and it houses all medical equipment and technology to heal wounded shinigami back into fighting fit conditions. Members of this squad need to enjoy healing more than fighting and have a proficiency in chiyudou or a healing based Zanpakuto.

Kido Corps Division: This squad focuses in ranged zanpakuto fighting and kido, and melee zanpakuto use in this squad is frowned upon. Members of this squad must be wise, and they are capable of using higher-leveled hadou and bakudo spells compared to a shinigami from another squad.

Torture/Interrogation Division: People needing a nice dose of torture go here. Captured enemies may also be taken here for interrogation before being jailed. Members of this squad are expected to hold little regard to harming others, which makes this squad a rather feared one due to the sociopaths in it.
