If you can get them done before the hell arc ends and the TS formally begins, which will be mid august, otherwise no, becasue it's not a formal arc more than a personal event and we won't halt for that, I'd assume anyway, an acutal consensus could differ.

Let's see...Kael will obviously become Squad 2's captain, Tempest is still Squad 3's captain, if Ken ends up leaving then Starks might come back to power in squad 4, Squad 5 seems pretty much dead (>_>), Hime's got Squad 6, Ein will be taking over Squad 7, you've got Squad 8, TMM's still in charge of Squad 9 as far as I know, Kyon's got Squad 10 if he's still active, Eeireka's got Squad 11, Squad 12 might have Yukia if she wants it (if not I have no idea), and Reave's got Squad 13.
